TheFriends of the Thomas Crane Public Librarywill be selling TCPL tote bags on Fridays, July 25, August 22, and September 26, from 12 - 4 PM, at the Kilroy Square's Farmers' Marketwhile supplies last! Tote bags are priced at $20 each. Payments are accepted in the forms of both cash and card!
Pick up an activity booklet or bingo sheet at any TCPL location to start leveling up OR download and print your own! You'll earn XP (experience points) for any reading or library-related task you complete.
PLAY ONLINE as part of our ongoing #Quincy400 festivities. Celebrated every July, this month honors the disability community's history, achievements, and struggles. July 26 is also National Disability Independence Day, which celebrates the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Our group will walk from the library to the Old Town Hall Museum. Afterwards, walkers are welcome to join us on the Olmsted Lawn for watermelon and cold drinks.
From June 2 to August 22, Level Up at the Library this summer and compete in the Battle of the Branches by filling out our summer reading challenge cards! Turn in completed cards for prizes, a chance to win grand prizes at the end of the summer, and eternal glory.
We’ll have a summer of fun and games as we Level Up at the Library. Starting on June 27, check out our Read & Bead challenge for kids up to age 12. Start with a chain and brag tag and add beads for every 15 minutes you read or are read to.Kick off event: June 27 on the Olmsted Lawn.
